We recommend options based on the fabric and the issue, always subject to your approval.

Helps reduce absorption of dirt and makes subsequent cleaning easier.
— Stubborn stains(quoted from a photograph):
We select a method appropriate to the stain and fabric, taking care to minimise the risk of damage.
— Pet hair / heavy soiling:
Extra work and time may be needed; we assess the scope promptly from photographs.

Cleaning and drying times

How long will it take, and when can I use the furniture again?
We provide estimated cleaning and drying times based on the fabric, soiling and ventilation.

Typical time on site: 1–3 hours, depending on the furniture and number of items.

Typical drying time: 4–12 hours with good ventilation.

Drying may take longer in humid conditions or with limited ventilation.

Drying depends on the fabric type, humidity and ventilation.
To help drying, ventilate the room, open windows or use a fan.
Recommendation: do not use the furniture until it is completely dry, to avoid re-soiling and pressure marks.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are the products suitable for homes with children, allergies or pets?

We select products and equipment to suit the upholstery and the household. Ventilate the room after cleaning and avoid using the furniture until it has dried fully.

How long does upholstery take to dry?

Typically 4–12 hours, depending on the fabric, temperature and ventilation. Good airflow can help the upholstery dry sooner.

Can every stain be removed?

Not always. Set-in stains or fibre discolouration may remain visible. After assessing the fabric, we explain what results may realistically be expected.

How should I prepare for the visit?

Please clear access to the furniture, move fragile objects aside and make a standard power socket available. Ventilate the room briefly if possible.

Can I combine cleaning services?

Yes. Upholstery cleaning can be combined with home or window cleaning in one visit. A 10% discount on the second service is advertised for two-service bookings; confirm the applicable discounts when requesting a quote.

When could you arrange an appointment?

Appointments are often available within 24–72 hours, although busy periods may require more notice. Send a short description or photos so we can agree a suitable time.

Do you offer fabric protection?

Yes. Fabric protection is available as an optional extra, subject to an assessment of the textile and your needs.

What is the minimum order value?

The minimum order value is PLN 150, gross including VAT.

How can I pay, and do you provide VAT invoices?

Payment options include cash, BLIK, bank transfer and card. VAT invoices are available on request.

Who carries out the service?

An Aclean team carries out the service using agreed procedures, with care for the surfaces being cleaned and the expected service standard.
